Governing agreements for structural detailing and engineering drafting.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Scope Structural Detailing website, engineering deliverables, 3D BIM models, and associated professional drafting services. By engaging our services, you agree to the conditions set forth below.

1. Scope of Services Rendered

We provide specialist structural steel detailing, 3D BIM modeling, connection coordination, and assembly drafting. All deliverables will be crafted strictly in accordance with the international structural standards agreed upon in your individual project contract (e.g., BS EN 1090, AISC, NISD specifications).

2. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Scope Structural Detailing retains all intellectual property rights to the internal detailing methodologies, custom macros, and proprietary Advance Steel database setups. Upon full payment of invoice, ownership and rights to the final deliverables (fabrication drawings, NC files, DXF files, BoM lists) transfer fully to the client.

3. Professional Liability & Approval

While we employ rigorous multi-stage quality checking to ensure exacting accuracy, our liability is strictly limited to the professional fee charged for our detailing services. All shop and erection drawings must be formally reviewed and approved by the project Engineer of Record (EOR) prior to commencement of fabrication or erection. We are not liable for consequential losses or site delays.
